Although this refers separately to the operation of maintenance of facilities it is in some ways a logical extension of the design process and we often work with our clients right through until they have moved in and come to terms with running or owning a building.
The whole range of responsibilities through from insurance to window cleaning can be daunting to a newcomer, but when broken down into individual tasks each part is straightforward and of manageable proportions once its terms of reference are established.
With such a vast range of duties we do not carry all specialisms (we are not Estate Agents or valuers for instance) however we employ staff to cover the main core activities with specialists only a phone call away. |
