Within the remit of Facilities Management we encompass any aspect of the commission and
operation of buildings.
This can start from assisting clients literally to move into their new project, understand
how it works and how to operate and get the best out of it, through to how to maintain it
on a regular (planned) or irregular basis.
Within the increasingly complex and regulated world of operating a building there are many
specialisms, and one we have developed is in the area of electrical safety. We have staff
who can advise on the safety operation and maintenance of both high and low voltage systems
and who are qualified to "authorise" staff to operate these systems.
Through our range of contacts we can also make available specialists in most fields of
building management.
