T.A.D. Facilities Management is a development of part of the original staff buy-out by ex Trent Regional Health Authority (TRHA) staff over 20 years ago  that formed T.A.D.  T.A.D. Facilities Management has grown and developed to become a logical extension of our architectural design services, T.A.D. Facilities Management predominantly supports Commissioning and Maintenance Management services to allow T.A.D. to offer our clients whole life cycle service delivery, and also provides Electrical Services Design capabilities to our core design services.

We often work with our clients right through until they have moved in and come to terms with running or owning a building.  The whole range of responsibilities through from insurance to window cleaning can be daunting to a newcomer, but when broken down into individual tasks each part is straightforward and of manageable proportions once its terms of reference are established.
