Our Team

Kevin Rayworth has been the Director responsible for the Facilities Management division since its formation in 1996. He appoints and manages all Authorising Engineers (AE), and has been responsible for the development of all our audit processes and procedures operated by our AEs across all services, including HV/LV/Lifts/Ventilation/Pressure Systems. He has also developed numerous operational policies and procedures for Clients for all services within the requirements of HTMs, Statutory Regulations and HSE Approved Codes of Practice.

Laura has been a key part of the FM services for nearly 20 years, and is now responsible for the delivery of all our services through this division. Laura’s methodical approach and attention to detail ensures clients are effectively managed, kept up to date and the services we deliver achieve the highest standards through our quality control processes that Laura has established. .

Colin joined T.A.D. Facilities Management as an Authorising Engineer for Pressure Systems and Confined Spaces. With over 40 years’ experience in the property/facilities management environment, for both Trusts and FM companies, Colin brings a breadth of experience, knowledge and understanding to the role, as both an AP and Compliance Manager, that will enhance the AE provision.

Peter’s extensive experience in the production of design and construction information and the management of projects on site, is aligned with his eye for detail and knowledge of construction techniques and ability to work and lead teams of people. He is a highly experienced Computer user with considerable experience and skill in co-ordination of computer systems, particularly BIM/CAD systems. Peter also leads the practice in all health & safety related aspects, providing the Principal Designer service to many of our clients and coordinating the internal health & safety work of the office.

Peter provides the Authorising Engineer service for Working at Height, alongside supporting the other AEs and Laura in the delivery of the AE Service

Outside of work Peter enjoys running, tinkering with cars and DIY.

Responsible for the architectural division, David has oversight of all our teams and resources and manages projects and frameworks to ensure our level of service remains at the high level our clients expect. David also has extensive experience designing and leading significant capital projects.

In his time away from the office David enjoys hitting a small black ball around a squash court, playing and watching football with his son and family walks in the Peak District and further afield.
